Elisa is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Elisa has a diverse litigation practice, and focuses on litigating commercial contract disputes and indemnification issues arising from business competition, fraud, and mergers and acquisitions. Elisa received her B.A., summa cum laude, in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004 and her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2007, where she served as executive editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. Upon graduating from law school, Elisa was a law clerk for Judge Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Elisa is an active member of her firm’s pro bono and community service committees. Elisa has been deeply impacted by her close relationship with her grandmothers and appreciates the opportunity to honor her memories of them through her work on the SeniorLAW Center’s board.
