David M. Brown is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Baker & Hostetler LLP. He focuses his practice on privacy and data security and maintains a general litigation practice, with additional experience in class action and complex commercial litigation. David received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Public Policy from the Cleveland State University in 2007, his master’s degree in city planning from the University of Cincinnati in 2009, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from New York Law School in 2012, where he served as an executive editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Prior to joining BakerHostetler, David served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert L. Vining, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, in Atlanta.
