Kristen Valosky joined SeniorLAW Center in September 2015 as a Skadden Public Interest Law Fellow. Her two-year fellowship project at SeniorLAW Center is the creation and implementation of a medical-legal partnership between SeniorLAW Center and one or more LIFE (Living Independently for Elders) programs. These programs provide medical and social services to chronically ill, nursing home eligible seniors to allow them to age in place at home. The medical-legal partnership aims to address legal problems that affect the health of LIFE program members, such as issues with housing, benefits, domestic violence, and financial exploitation. Kristen graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2015 and is a member of the Georgetown Law chapter of the Order of the Coif. Kristen graduated summa cum laude from Villanova University in 2012 and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
