Caitlin McKenna

Caitlin is an associate in the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. She handles business disputes that stem from commercial contracts, indemnification issues, and fraud allegations in both US federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. She also represents companies facing government investigations arising under the Controlled Substances Act, as well as US federal and state fraud statutes. Caitlin received her J.D. from Temple University School of Law and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Caitlin clerked for Judge Howland W. Abramson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division and interned for Judge L. Felipe Restrepo when on the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Caitlin is an active member of her firm’s pro bono committee, formerly serving as its vice chair. Caitlin is passionate about the SeniorLAW Center’s mission to seek justice for older people, especially its work to help grandparents care for grandchildren and to ensure safe housing, as these efforts strengthen families and thereby strengthen communities.
