SeniorLAW Center Advocates for Domestic Violence at 1st Annual Domestic Violence Empowerment Event

In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Legal Advocate, Tara Saunders, attended the 1st Annual Domestic Violence Empowerment Event: “I Am Not A Punching Bag: Keep Your Hands to Yourself.”

1 in 10 women suffer from domestic abuse later in life. The event was held at the African American Museum in Philadelphia and built awareness and provided education about domestic violence to all who attended.
