Richard Alston

Legal Advocate

Richard A. Alston joined SeniorLAW Center in January 2020 as a Legal Advocate. Richard will be assisting Project Director Janine Dunlap Kiah, Esq in Legal Services for Grandparents seeking custody of their grandchildren.

Prior to joining SeniorLAW Center Richard worked as a Paralegal at Freedman & Lorry, P.C.  While there, he assisted local union members with issues such as traffic citations, civil complaints, consumer issues and criminal record expungements. Richard earned his Paralegal Certificate at the Mainline Paralegal Institute, from the Community College of Philadelphia.  Richard’s past experience fits perfectly with what the SeniorLAW Center is all about, helping others that do not have the resources to have their voices heard.
