Alex Deering

Administrative Coordinator/Chair of Diversity and Inclusion Committee

WHAT DO YOU DO AT SENIORLAW CENTER?

I support the Executive Director and the Senior Director of Finance and Operations with managing and supporting the 5 offices and special projects.

WHY DO YOU WORK AT SENIORLAW CENTER?

It is my pleasure to work for an organization that serves seniors across the state of Pennsylvania. While I do not work with clients directly, being someone that supports this work gives me great satisfaction.

HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR WORK AT SENIORLAW CENTER?

The highlight of my work was support the efforts to get the right to counsel law passed in Philadelphia. Philadelphians now are guaranteed counsel when they go to Landlord/Tenant court.

OTHER LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AND WAYS YOU GIVE BACK?

I co-chair the Diversity and Inclusion committee for the SeniorLAW Center.
