My goal is to help build a stronger infrastructure by taking a more holistic approach to Human Resources and raising the bar on morale, encouraging professional development and expansion. I listen, learn and teach.

SLC has excellent services and staff. I am eager to help our staff obtain and better utilize the tools necessary to enjoy what we do more fully. Human nature is tribal; us versus them. SLC’s mission, vision and values must be real to each one of us as individuals, recognizing our contribution individually and how we fit collectively.
