DESCRIPTION:In December 2023\, Pennsylvania enacted adult guardianship reform legislation (Act 61 of 2023)\, to be implemented by mid-2024. One of the most important changes is an automatic right to counsel for Alleged Incapacitated Persons\, who face a significant loss of fundamental civil rights.
