Who We Serve
SeniorLAW Center serves older Pennsylvanians, 60 years of age and older. We are pleased to offer a variety of programs and services to protect the rights of seniors.
The Pennsylvania SeniorLAW HelpLine is available for seniors living anywhere in the 67 counties of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Legal advice, counseling, information and referral services are available through the HelpLine.
Please note that at this time we can provide extended individual legal representation, including court appearances, to Philadelphia residents only.
To promote the autonomy, independence and dignity of our clients, we always seek to speak with the senior him or herself, not a third party.

Intake for Philadelphia Seniors
Free legal services for Philadelphia seniors 60 and over who are residents of Philadelphia.
Legal advice, counsel, information and referrals is available for all seniors 60 and over.
Priority for extended individual representation is given to elders with the greatest economic and social need.
Clients living in Philadelphia can access SeniorLAW Center 1) by telephone, 2) at one of our six community legal clinics.

SeniorLAW Center is located in center city Philadelphia at 100 South Broad Street in Suite 1810 (18th floor) of the Land Title Building on the Northwest corner of Broad and Sansom Streets.
The office and its facilities are handicap accessible.
Both the SeniorLAW Center and the Pennsylvania SeniorLAW Helpline have access to telephone interpretation services in 150 languages.
Community Legal Clinic Sites
SeniorLAW Center offers direct services in diverse communities at five sites in Philadelphia on specified dates and times each month. Community-based services expand SeniorLAW Center’s ability to reach isolated clients and provide services in a comfortable environment in their own neighborhoods. Please call the community site if you would like to make an appointment to meet with our staff at a community intake site on the day our clinics are scheduled. Our current partners are:
