On April 17, SeniorLAW Center partnered with extraordinary pro bono partners PECO/Exelon and Blank Rome LLP to counsel and provide life planning documents for Spanish-speaking seniors in their own community. A decade-long project – a favorite of SeniorLAW Center’s – was staffed by volunteer lawyers, legal advocates, interpreters, technology staff, notaries and witnesses. In just one morning, we helped 20 seniors make critical decisions affecting their futures, most signing wills, living wills and powers of attorney. We were hosted by the Mann Older Adult Center with food provided by both PECO and Blank Rome. We thank everyone who was involved!
