Ade B. Galloway is the Airport Operations Counsel for the Airport Division of Clear Channel Outdoors, Inc. where he is responsible for performing day-to-day transactional and compliance work. Before joining Clear Channel, Ade began his legal career with Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney PC, where he engaged in diverse mergers and acquisitions, securities, financing and transactional practice as a Corporate Finance & Technology Associate for six years.
Ade is active in a variety of civic and professional organizations, to include serving as a board member to the SeniorLAW Center, and serving as the Vice President of Finance to the Barristers Association of Philadelphia, Inc. Ade is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Outside of professional interests, Ade enjoys spending time with his family – his wife (also an attorney), two sons and a black labrador retriever mix. Ade is an avid golfer and enjoys sporting clays and other outdoor activities.
