SeniorLAW Center is proud to announce that Staff Attorney Susanna Ratner, Esq. is a recipient of the American Bar Association’s 2017 Nolan Fellowship. Named for the late John S. Nolan, a dedicated and respected ABA Tax Section member, the distinction is awarded to young lawyers who are actively involved in the Section and have shown leadership qualities. Each one-year fellowship includes waived meeting registration fees and assistance with travel to some Section meetings.
Susanna is a valued member of our team, helping to lead services for senior homeowners in Philadelphia’s Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Court, representing seniors in a host of housing issues, educating seniors in the community, and training housing professionals and pro bono attorneys in real estate tax and other housing issues. Through her work, Susanna enables seniors to age in place in their own homes and communities and pursue safe, healthy lives of independence and dignity. We are proud of her leadership.
