Kevin Boswell, Esq. is the Supervising Attorney of the Homeownership Rights Project at SeniorLAW Center, where he guides a dedicated and hard-working team assisting clients with mortgage foreclosure and tangled title issues.
He previously practiced in the Victim Services project at SeniorLAW Center where he focused on civil litigation to help elder victims of financial exploitation and elder abuse, including actions in quiet title, ejectment, debt collection defense, petitions for accounting, and protection from abuse.

Kevin serves on the Board of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Public Interest Committee and the Parent Infant Center in West Philadelphia. He is a member of the Fraudulent Conveyance Task Force, the Walnut Hill Zoning Committee, and an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

BEFORE SENIORLAW CENTER
Kevin began his legal career as a public defender where he vigorously defended the civil rights and liberty interests of indigent clients. He received his J.D. cum laude from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville.
In previous lives, Kevin explored the idea of justice from perspectives outside of law, including studies in theology at Princeton Theological Seminary and transitional justice at the University of Cape Town in South Africa.
