SeniorLAW Center

Shari J. Odenheimer, Esq.

SeniorLAW Center mourns the passing of our long-time champion, board member, volunteer attorney and treasured friend Shari J. Odenheimer on June 17, 2023.  Shari contributed thousands of hours of her time serving on our Board of Directors, including serving as Board Chair and Gala Co-Chair numerous times, as well as representing dozens of our clients pro bono and crafting new projects and initiatives with our team. Professionally an attorney who specialized in estate planning, tax law and trust/estate administration, personally the joys of Shari’s life were championing Israel, traveling the world, and cheering on the Phillies and the University of Michigan Wolverines (her Alma mater) in college football.  We are grateful she became part of the SeniorLAW Center family and will always remember her joy, continual enthusiasm and energy.  Shari was one of the first inductees into SeniorLAW Center’s Hall of Fame and had an enormous role in our growth and success. Shari is survived by her father and sister.  We are touched her family chose SeniorLAW Center to be the beneficiary of memorial contributions.

“Shari was a brilliant, joyful and dazzling advocate and a treasured friend of over 25 years,” our Executive Director Karen Buck adds. “Beyond brainstorming SeniorLAW Center’s future, we celebrated countless journeys and holidays together, including sharing her Christmas Eve and my mom Marguerite’s Christmas birthdays regularly. How we will miss her dazzling and infectious smile and laughter and her belief that we can all make the world a better place in ways big and small. Rest in peace, dear friend.”
