Ceil O’Connor is the former Director of Professional Development & Pro Bono Initiatives at the law firm Cozen O’Connor. Ceil focused on training and career development needs while enhancing the pro bono performance of firm attorneys. Ceil was active in expanding Cozen O’Connor’s CO-PARTNERS pro bono program, which paired attorneys with legal service organizations that offered resources to individuals in need. One of those programs of which Ceil is most proud is a contractor fraud practice group in partnership with SeniorLAW Center.
Ceil has a special interest in support of our elder population as a result of having advocated for her mother in navigating the healthcare system before her death. This role emphasized the need for a supportive organization like SeniorLAW Center to ensure that all elders in PA are able to age with dignity and safety. The contractor f1raud practice group introduced Ceil to the work of SeniorLAW Center, and serving on the Board provides an opportunity to further assist with accomplishing its critical mission.
Ceil is a graduate of Temple University School of Law and Chestnut Hill College.
