If you are aged 60 and older, sign up for a free 30-minute consultation with a SeniorLAW Center lawyer or legal advocate on housing rights including:
- Landlord/tenant issues including rental housing quality and repair issues, eviction prevention, subsidized or public housing issues, or other legal issues impacting your housing safety and stability.
- Homeownership issues including foreclosure, mortgage modifications, property tax problems, estate probate & tangled titles, deed transfers and quiet title actions.
If a SeniorLAW Center attorney can help you further, you will be scheduled for a follow-up appointment or be referred to another organization and/or information source regarding your issue. If you have questions or legal issues in our other areas of legal services including life planning, grandfamily custody, guardianship, financial exploitation or fraud, or physical abuse, we can conduct an intake for a telephonic consultation appointment for a later date.
