Tangled Title Pilot Program

Over 10,000 Philadelphia homeowners deal with tangled title issues which threaten the housing security of Philadelphia families and puts them at risk of losing crucial generational wealth. Tyler J. Smith, Esq., Homeownership Rights Project Staff Attorney will attend this upcoming free event along with our legal aid partners. SeniorLAW Center, Philadelphia VIP, Community Legal Services, and Philadelphia Legal Assistance are collaborating to address existing tangled title issues and bring residents in our community the resources and legal assistance they need.
