Thanks to a project funded by the Independence Foundation, SeniorLAW Center is now helping Pennsylvania’s older adults with guardianship issues! We now provide legal advice (statewide) and representation (in Philadelphia) to adults over 60 who are facing guardianship, having a problem with their guardian, or hoping to terminate a guardianship. We are also advocating for reforms and working to educate on alternatives to guardianship. Staff Attorney Valerie Snow introduces SeniorLAW Center’s new project in a newsletter published by the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association.
