If you missed a Landlord/Tenant hearing, a default judgment may have been entered against you and you should call us immediately. If you are facing violence or abuse and are unable to travel to Family Court to file a Protection from Abuse order, call us immediately.
Remember to also call the appropriate Court if you are unable to travel to a scheduled hearing to let Court staff know.
