SeniorLAW Center was featured in an article published in August’s edition of The Philadelphia Bar Reporter entitled “SeniorLAW Center: Giving a whole new meaning to the term’s ‘master’ or ‘madam’ of the house.”
The inspiring piece, penned by Courtney L. Schultz, Esq., a former member of the Board of Directors, highlights the tireless efforts of SeniorLAW Center in assisting older residents of Philadelphia to age gracefully in the comfort of their homes.
“You see, older Americans take such pride in owning their homes and want to do the right thing. But sometimes a choice must be made. Do I put food on the table for my grandchildren this week or pay the utility bill? This causes many to fall behind and so often they want to do the right thing by establishing payment plans or otherwise but are thwarted in those efforts due to an issue of what has become widely known as “Tangled Title.” At the SeniorLAW Center, there is a team of dedicated individuals standing at the ready to help with issues surrounding homeownership, including tangled title matters.”
