Due to the Covid-19 emergency Governor Wolf signed Senate Bill 422, which reschedules Pennsylvania’s primary election from April 28 to June 2.

05/18/2020 is the last day to register before the 06/02/2020 Pennsylvania Primary election.
05/26/2020 is the last day to apply for a mail-in ballot.
In Order To Vote in the June 2, Your Ballot Must Be Received by Election Day.

Voting by Absentee or Mail-in Ballot
A new Pennsylvania law allows you the option to vote by mail-in ballot instead of going to your polling place and you do not need a reason for requesting a mail -in ballot.
How to vote by Mail-in Ballot:
You can apply online at VotesPA.com/ApplyMailBallot
-you’ll need a valid PA driver’s license or photo ID.
-you must be registered to vote.
You can apply for a Mail in Ballot either by:
-going online and printing a mail in ballot application
-contacting your county election office and requesting a paper application or call

SeniorLAW Center has joined the national fight to protect voting rights.We are plaintiffs in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in a suit to protect the rights of older Pennsylvanians and others who are in danger of being disenfranchised under current deadline rules which require ballots be received by Election Day regardless of when they were sent. We are demanding that Pennsylvania allow all mail-in and absentee ballots sent or postmarked by Election Day and received within seven days to be counted during this public health emergency.
