WHO WE SERVE:  SeniorLAW Center offers a variety of programs and services to protect the rights of diverse Pennsylvanians 60 years of age and older.

    • Emergencies are: elder abuse, eviction, loss of home (i.e. mortgage foreclosure, imminent eviction), recent utility shutoff, frozen bank account, unauthorized use of bank account or credit card
    • Victims of Elder Abuse: Victims of elder abuse can walk in or call our office anytime the office is open
  • In Your Communities: Monthly Community Legal Clinics are held at many senior-focused sites in Philadelphia where clients can seek assistance in a comfortable environment in their own neighborhoods. For a list of these sites and dates, please click here: Community Legal Clinics
  • Home Visits: SeniorLAW Center staff and its volunteer attorneys provide services to homebound seniors in their homes or at hospitals, nursing homes and long-term care facilities.

INTERPRETATION AVAILABLE for limited English speakers. Both SeniorLAW Center and the Pennsylvania SeniorLAW Helpline provide access to telephone interpretation services in 150 languages.
