10/4/17– Staff Attorney, Rebecca Meschio and Legal Advocates Tara Saunders and Ivy Goldstein will be participating in Women Against Abuse IPledge event which is the kickoff for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. http://www.womenagainstabuse.org/events/ipledge.
10/5/17- Director of Victim Services Dana Goldberg and Legal Advocate Tara Saunders will be speaking with the Senior Companions of Philadelphia Cooperation of Aging about Elder Abuse: Crime of the 21st Century.
10/7/17– Legal Advocate, Tara Saunders will be a panelist at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church Domestic Violence Symposium.
10/14/17 – Legal Advocate, Tara Saunders will be participating in the Holy Cross Baptist Church Fall Festival. During the event, she will discuss her roles as Legal Advocate for victims of Intimate Partner Violence and Family Court Advocate in the Philadelphia Family Court Domestic Relations Unit for seniors who are filing for Protection from Abuse orders.
10/19/17 – Legal Advocate Tara Saunders and William McNeil Victim Advocate of C.A.R.I.E. will present at the Philadelphia Coalition for Victim Advocacy about their roles as Advocates who work with victims of Elder Abuse and Intimate Partner Violence.
10/19/17 – SeniorLAW Center staff will wear their purple for #PurpleThursday in honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month.
