SeniorLAW Center Testified before the Finance Committee of Philadelphia City Council

On April 18, SeniorLAW Center testified before the Finance Committee of Philadelphia City Council to address the 2019 application of $19 million available from the Housing Trust Fund Non-Recording Fee Sub-Fund toward the projects and goals outlined in the City’s Housing Action Plan.  Our remarks focused on the impact of the housing crisis in Philadelphia on older homeowners and tenants and the need for legal services to help maintain housing stability for seniors and neighborhoods.  Read the full testimony here
