A recent win for a Philadelphia senior, after a two-day trial, highlights a persistent threat in our city and the need for volunteer attorneys to protect the rights of the indigent. In 2009, a perpetrator stole Mrs. Locke’s home when a deed was recorded bearing her forged signature. Read more here.
